Service for Henkel employees

Through its CareFlex long-term care insurance scheme, Henkel provides all of its approximately 9,000 employees and trainees in Germany with basic cover for outpatient, inpatient and day-care nursing care. This cover is available without a medical assessment and with no waiting period.

In addition to the basic cover, employees have the option to extend their supplementary care insurance to suit their individual needs. Furthermore, family members such as partners, children, parents and parents-in-law can be included in the cover upon request.

DFV customer portal

You can easily log in to the Deutsche Familienversicherung customer portal using your personal login details. There, you can access your digital insurance policy (e-policy), view documents and use all the service and administrative functions.

Emergency preparedness

The emergency assistance system is an additional service designed to ensure safety in emergencies. It ensures that the entire information flow – from the emergency services, through the hospital, to the patient’s relatives – runs smoothly, and that all data is available exactly where it is needed.
