The IG BCE Bonus Agency, in collaboration with the Federal Employers’ Association (BAVC), organised a webinar on 18 and 19 March. This was in response to the large number of enquiries received by the CareFlex Chemie customer service team regarding registration and interface implementation.
More than 450 HR and IT managers from various companies took up the offer. IT specialists from the portal operator X-ION and those responsible for interface development at N4 answered specific questions. We have compiled the experts’ presentation and the FAQs from participants and are making these available to anyone interested.
